Prior Professional Career

Before moving into education, I spent my career in retail buying as a Buyer at May Company / Lord & Taylor, where I was promoted from Assistant Buyer to Buyer and managed departments with $11M–$26M in annual sales. That work is where I learned to plan a year, read data honestly, and train and mentor the people around me — habits I bring straight into a classroom.
